The total process includes 5-10 steps from material to finished products. Usually, the lead time of pre-production sample is 5-7 days, the mass production 20-30 days.The final lead time depends on the customized service you require, the specifications of the raw materials used, the features you need, and the distance of transportation.

Step 1: Material preparing (1-2 days)

Due to the fact that we only provide custom proucts.Once the sample order is confirmed, we will proceed with purchasing material, like corrugated paper, mounted paper (kraft paper, artpaper, or ivory paper), then cutting paper according to the box size.

Step 2: Sampling (3-5 days)

This step includes printing, UV, hotstamping foil and embossing and so on. All of the features are available for your products. This will allow your boxes to be impressive. After that, it’s assembling then packing and shipping.

Step 3:Mass production (15-25 days)

Repeating the first and second steps. Once ready, we will start production, All processes are done automatically by machine, so the quality is consistent, except some special process, like handles installing, adhesive tape amounting.

Step 4: QC process (3-5 days)

QC will cover the whole process from material to finished products, especially for finished products. because it’s the last step to prevent defective products from slipping away. So we pay much attention to this step.

Step 5: Shipping

Many shipping ways are available for you, by sea, by air, or by train. Sea transportation is commonly used because it’s much more efficient in saving costs than others. The shipping time and cost are different, which depends on the shipping ways you are choosing.
